We are excited to be working on an exciting new search for a leading global financial services firm looking to appoint a Rewards Senior Manager to be part of their dynamic team at the group level. Our client is well-established and highly recognized in the APAC region, and they are currently in a position of growth as they look to expand their footprint in APAC.

Working closely with the Rewards Director, this role will be responsible in supporting the planning and implementation of the group reward strategy. You will look after the annual compensation review cycle and drive the delivery of annual rewards processes and products ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives. Furthermore, you will work closely with local teams on the ground in various markets across Asia to ensure that global rewards projects and initiatives are carried out successfully.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 7-8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience ideally within a regional scope. You are agile, commercially savvy, have strong communication and influencing skills, and can work well independently with a high degree of autonomy. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders in different regions and be able to navigate challenges in a complex environment.
