This Abu Dhabi based organization is transforming over the coming years and with ambitious development plans, this reputable entity is now looking to invest more in maintaining and enhancing its culture strategy.

The Role

This new role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to design, roll out, and embed the corporate culture & engagement strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best talent is being retained and developed in line with the company values and their methodology.

The key priorities will be to develop a robust and structured culture & engagement strategy. You will have the opportunity to lead a small team to support with the operational aspects of the role.

The Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced in building broader OD strategy for a reputable organization. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and experience of implementation of culture & engagement strategies.

Your experience will have been gained from a reputable multinational and while regional experience is valued, we will also consider international profiles interested in relocating to Abu Dhabi.
