Our client, a premier global pharmaceutical firm based in the Parsippany, NJ area, has an exciting opening for a Senior Manager of Stock Plan Administration. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Benefits Operations in the management of stock plan offerings globally. Some of the position responsibilities include:

  • Process monthly and annual Restricted Stock unit awards and vesting's including annual award process, new hire grants, Board of Directors and President's Club awards
  • Ensure awards are treated properly upon termination at Third Party Administrator (TPA) platform (Fidelity); establish appropriate process for taxation upon retirement eligibility
  • Conduct frequent review of data across systems to ensure HRIS platform (Workday) aligns to data in TPA platform
  • Respond to escalated issues from employees, HR Business Partners, and global Payroll colleagues
