Senior Manager, Talent Management – FS
I am working with a highly regarded, global Financial Services client, recruiting into their Group Talent team. You will sit within the Group Talent Development team, focusing on Leadership Development and Succession Planning for the Global Leadership team and their successors.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Partnering with the leadership team to provide leadership coaching and advice
- Identifying high potential successors through assessments and pipelining for senior leadership positions
- Design and implementation of leadership development interventions
- Utilise data to drive decision making and influence stakeholders
- Collaborate with local and regional teams regarding talent management and assessment
The successful candidate will be an established Talent Management expert, with experience in leadership development and succession planning. You will be familiar with psychometric assessment methodologies and interpretation as well as strong data analysis. Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders is key, as well as building relationships across levels and teams. Experience in a Financial Services environment would be beneficial, or, more broadly, a global MNC.
