Senior Organisational Consultant

We have been retained by a niche, three figure headcount international consulting firm who operate in the areas of organisational development, strategy execution, leadership and transformation to appoint a role in their UK business. The role combines all aspects of developing and wining client solutions, working with clients to co-create solutions to their organisational challenges and all of this is done at very senior levels. Strong client relationship management and building skills are essential and the role will also include new business development. The role will also design and deliver client solutions.

As an individual who has a passion for helping organisations and individuals overcome their challenges in relation to leadership, transformation, strategy and organisational design you will thrive on the pace and variety that management consultancy offers. Experience within coaching is essential, as well as having led large scale organisational consulting projects for complex multi-site clients. Current or recent management consulting experience in this space is a pre-requisite. In return this consultancy can offer the chance to be part of an international community who work with varied and interesting clients across both private and public sectors.
