Senior Payroll & Benefits Advisor – £50,000 – £52,000 – Central London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading fintech firm on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working with a requirement of 1-3 days per week in the office.

The Role:

  • Collate and process payroll data in a timely fashion.
  • Deal with outsourced payroll vendor (BDO).
  • Streamline and make improvements to the payroll process.
  • Work with wider HR group to ensure information is being shared correctly.
  • Administer benefits for the business.
  • Work with benefits providers.
  • Process benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and organised payroll and benefits records.

Skills & experience required:

  • Strong UK payroll knowledge
  • Experience of dealing within an outsourced payroll & payroll vendor.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Ability/ experience of working in a sole role.
