Senior Payroll Specialist - 6-month FTC - £55,000 - £65,000 - City of London

Frazer Jones have been instructed to recruit a Senior Payroll Specialist on a 6-month FTC for a leading name within financial services.

This role will be supporting the team for a 6-month period across UK payrolls, alongside 3 other individuals.

The role:

• Help to process 6 UK payrolls 1300 employees.
• Collate monthly payroll data and send to the payroll vendor (cloudpay).
• Review and reconcile the output work with the payroll vendor.
• Draw up and provide appropriate reports for review and sign off.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Work with wider payroll team and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Provide quality customer service to employees.
• Provide support during internal/ external payroll audits.
• Involvement in ad hoc projects.

Skills require:

• Strong UK Payroll exposure
• Experience of using cloudpay and or Workday or have exposure to a few different systems.
• Strong excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be located in the UK.
