Senior People Partner

We are working with a Global PR and communications company on a new role for a Senior People Partner to be based in Riyadh.

The Senior People Business Partner acts as the face and strategic thought leader for the People function with the stakeholders in KSA. Backed by robust regional and global Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Operations, the People Partner will act as an ambassador for the function, living the company values through their actions, behaviour and communication.

Responsibilities will include –

• Collaborate effectively with the broader People Team and work together towards developing and delivering the EMEA Regional Strategy in KSA.
• Serve as a strategic partner and act as the interface between People and business leaders
• Utilising a data-led approach to support decision making
• Act as a thought leader on all things people, creating a vision for senior management
• Work in partnership with COEs to develop and implement internal programs, best practices and continuously strive to improve processes to ensure alignment with business objective
• Coach internal clients and stakeholders on effective team building, performance management and culture initiatives
• Understand and display good judgement regarding the overall business, applicable laws and policies, internal and external culture and values

This role is Riyadh based and for a Saudi National with a Professional Services or Communications background.
