£120,000 – £130,000 + equity, flexible benefits package,
Based on the outskirts of Oxford, this is a fast paced, growing business that is a leader in AI, Technology and is world class in its field.
Working as a Senior People Partner in this lead, Director level role within an expanding scale up who have recently completed series C funding. As an organisation they are at the cutting edge of Technology and span the UK, North America, EMEA and APAC with around 300 employees worldwide and plans for growth continuing.
This role will partner with two key C-suite leaders, the CTO and Chief Product Engineering Officer. And as part of your role, you will support, lead and deliver the people plan across their functions working strategically and being the support mechanism to delivering the people plan.
Duties
- A new role in the business, to drive the HR agenda and the strong people plan forward reporting into the CPO
- Partner with c-suite executives and their teams to drive relationships, become a trusted advisor and partner to the leaders in the business
- Lead on change and transformation projects, identify initiatives and projects to support through change
- Identify areas of focus and change to implement and promote a strong people culture
- Support the SLT with guidance to enhance their leadership skills, providing feedback and support
- Be the key point of contact for escalated queries across all policy and ER when needed
- Be an ambassador for the business, supporting and developing strong employee engagement, working closely with the TA, Reward and other teams in the wider HR remit
- Look for and deliver continuous improvement, drive change, best practice and a culture of collaboration, engagement and embed the company values
Skills required
- Strong Generalist HR background, senior level HR Business Partnering experience and strong policy, process experience
- Experience with projects including transformation and change, but still a keen desire to be hands on from an operational perspective.
- A background from either technology, R&D, science, engineering or something similar such as large pharmaceutical company with a focus on R&D all considered.
- Ideally a mixture of start up or scale up business exposure as well as large company background
- Significant HR partnering experience, ability to create and lead on a people agenda and drive the plan on implementation
- A strong project leader, with experience of implementation, high attention to detail and data driven approach
- Able to give clear direction and manage workload well
