My client is a prestigious real estate business developing premium properties across London and partnering with corporate clients in retail, global sovereign wealth and the Government. They are looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to join their team.

As Senior Recruiter you will support the whole business with all recruitment related activity, enabling the business to grow diverse, talented and high performing teams. This role is responsible for the complete end to end recruitment process which includes attracting and selecting candidates, advising stakeholders on process and best practice, working proactively with their recruitment partners and driving consistent delivery across the business. You will demonstrate recruitment best practise across all areas of the hiring process and adhere to legislative and audit requirements.

You will have experience recruiting for positions across corporate and head office functions rather than high volume and you will have worked on Director level hires. You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ascertain workforce planning needs and creating a talent pool taking this in to consideration. You will work with the wider HR team on wider talent strategies and support on recruitment campaigns.

To be successful in this position you will have 3 - 4 years solid recruitment experience either in house or within agency working on senior hires across head office and corporate functions. Ideally you will have worked on both interim/FTC and permanent hires and will have managed the process from search to appointment. This is any exciting time to join the business with an additional headcount growth meaning lots of great new hiring plans. It is essential you have used social platforms such as LinkedIn recruiter, advertising forums and using Boolean searches. This role will also include digital and tech hires and although not essential experience in this would be advantageous.

This is a 12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent.
