We are currently partnering with an international Software as a Service provider within the automotive sector who are expanding into the German market.
They are leaders in the sector within the Scandinavian countries and are planning to have a similar performance in Germany. Therefore, they are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) who can provide insights about the new market and support the team with the best local practices in recruitment.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the german office
- Support the team with best practice procedures within talent acquisition
- Responsible for developing strategies and tools for the on boarding of new employees
- Become a close partner to internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperate with international recruiters from the company to establish optimal structures and processes in all areas of talent acquisition including employer branding and onboarding
- Previous experience in internal recruitment
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions and/or tech roles
- Bachelors degree in a business-related field
- You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with international stakeholders and who can motivate colleagues
- You have a positive and hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication in German and good command of English language
