We are currently partnering with an international Software as a Service provider within the automotive sector who are expanding into the German market.

They are leaders in the sector within the Scandinavian countries and are planning to have a similar performance in Germany. Therefore, they are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) who can provide insights about the new market and support the team with the best local practices in recruitment.

Tasks

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the german office
  • Support the team with best practice procedures within talent acquisition
  • Responsible for developing strategies and tools for the on boarding of new employees
  • Become a close partner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperate with international recruiters from the company to establish optimal structures and processes in all areas of talent acquisition including employer branding and onboarding

Profile

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions and/or tech roles
  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with international stakeholders and who can motivate colleagues
  • You have a positive and hands-on mindset
  • Excellent communication in German and good command of English language
