Senior Recruiter – Experienced Hire
Our client, a global professional services firm and true leader in their space, is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its Experienced Hire vertical. This is a high‑impact, executive‑search adjacent role that regularly focuses on Director‑level hiring across numerous corporate functions (Finance, Technology, HR, Operations, Risk, for example).
Reporting to a supportive and passionate Experienced Hire Recruiting leader, the opportunity comes with a deliberately low requisition load (6 searches typically), enabling this individual to deliver depth, quality, and exceptional stakeholder service.
*Company operates on a required 3-day in office hybrid model
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle Director‑level searches: calibration, hands on sourcing, evaluation, slate curation, interview design, and offer strategy.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, up to C-level, enabling decisions with the help of crisp, data‑informed recommendations.
- Design and manage structured, competency‑based interview processes.
- Partner closely with Research & Sourcing teams and manage select agency partners when appropriate.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, judgment, and proactive risk‑avoidance
- Track search progress and use metrics to continually refine strategy.
- Contribute to team initiatives (training, DEI practices, process and tooling improvements).

Required competencies:
- Solid experience delivering talent at the mid to senior level.
- Agency/Search Firm + in‑house corporate blend preferred, but corporate experience out of relevant, intellectually rigorous environments is required.
- Manager/Director‑level hiring experience across corporate functions.
- Financial, professional services industry exposure from within a global or broad geography
- Strong judgment, high EQ, positive stakeholder influence, and tailored search strategy skills.
- Data‑informed approach & fluency with ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
Compensation
- Base salary $120,000-$150,000 base (DOE) plus bonus, profit sharing, and exceptional benefits
