Senior Recruiter – Strategy & Change
We have been appointed by a global management consultancy on a Recruiting Manager opportunity. Our client is an expertise across more than 40 industries and all business functions, delivering transformational outcomes for a demanding digital world partnering with more than three-quarters of the Fortune Global 500 companies. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and strategy across the SEA region. You will be required to be hands on and manage hiring volumes under the Strategy & Change group and be responsible for confidential and high-level hires across the technology function. You will also act as the programme manager for key areas including budget planning and deployment of talent across SEA whilst also being involved with employer branding activities and DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse workforce.
Ideally, you should have at least 4 years of strategy and/or change recruiting experience either with agency / in-house and have experience leading a sizeable team of other recruiters. You should be well-equipped to handle large volume hiring and able to function in a challenging and fast paced environment, with the ability to lead a team strategically and set up for success. You should demonstrate second to none communication skills and the ability to negotiate and push back when necessary. In addition, you should possess a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen, whilst being a key team player.
