Senior Recruiter – Technology

We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a US software company on a Senior Recruiter opportunity. The current firm employ more than 2000 talented individuals across 12 global offices. Their services are used by more than 5 billion users a month and are committed to delivering exceptional service and growth across their core markets.

The Senior Recruiter will report directly into the HR Director and operate in an individual capacity whilst driving all recruitment activities for the APAC region. Specifically, you’ll manage go-to market recruitment within a varied role and be part of a growing organisation undergoing rapid growth. You’ll also be at the forefront of shaping a robust recruiting function for the firm, tapping into recruitment strategies and identifying best practices for a streamlined candidate experience. You’ll maintain and establish valuable relationships with key stakeholders within the business, ensuring excellent communication is fostered all throughout the process.

You should bring minimum 5 years of recruiting experience across sizeable multinational technology firms with demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment across a fast-paced and evolving environment. You’ll be able to execute quality-driven results and be at the forefront of managing stakeholders on a daily basis. You’ll possess a strategic lens whilst adopting commercial awareness ensuring you’re constantly kept abreast with market challenges and the technology landscape.
