Senior Recruitment Advisor
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier international professional services firm who are leaders in their field. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their highly collegiate and collaborative APAC HR team, operating in a hands-on regional recruiting role.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC, with a key focus on Singapore and Hong Kong. You will design and drive strategic sourcing strategies to ensure that the firm attracts the best legal talent in the market and will continuously build and maintain a network of potential top talent. You will work closely with the key stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure their current and future hiring needs are met, acting as a trusted advisor helping to educate on the hiring market trends. You will be supported by a HR Operations team with contract generation and scheduling of interviews; so your time can be best spent pipelining talent into the firm through to conducting offer negotiations with Associate up to General Counsel candidates.
This is a global firm that is very passionate about talents and HR are highly regarded and seen as an enabler and are not process and policy driven – so you will need to be prepared to think outside the box, develop best practice and be part of an innovative HR team. You will be engaging, a fast-learner, and come with an aptitude to learn. Someone with high emotional intelligence and empathy is a must, as is a consultative approach.
The successful applicant will either be operating in recruitment agency hiring for top tier professional services firms or a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in-house with a leading international financial and professional services firm. You will be confident in interviewing and interacting with legal professional, able to assess the skills and suitability of legal candidates whilst poised in negotiating with senior leaders. You must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment, comfortable handing multiple tasks and operating with ambiguity.
Language: Mandarin is desirable to facilitate internal communication, not essential.
