Senior Recruitment Advisor – Professional Services
We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded international professional services firm in their search for a Senior Recruiter to join the APAC team.
Reporting into Regional Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for the resourcing requirements across the APAC region. You will manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, attracting and securing the best talent for the business. You will partner, consult and advise with the various stakeholders across the APAC region to understand their hiring needs and in turn identify the relevant top tier talent in the market. You will proactively build a strong direct talent pipeline to support the firms future hiring needs in the region. You will conduct virtual and in person interviews to assess the candidates’ competencies and suitability for the necessary role. You will provide support and input into the firm’s strategic projects including employer branding and internal mobility.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, operating in the financial or professional services industry. You will have expert understanding of hiring practices across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Japan and/or Korea. You will have a network and successful track record of direct sourcing across the region. You will be confident in creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent within the region. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, having managed internal and external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated, able to handle ambiguity and take your own initiative.
