This is a Senior Regional Talent Manager role in the APAC HR in Singapore to work across all businesses in the Group with a good blend of different businesses and you will also be part of a very strong and diverse global team.
This role will report to the Regional HR Director and the role will be very business-focused, forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger global organization across numerous business units. Essential areas of focus will be performance management design and planning, succession planning, senior leadership, and design, training and development of programs for high potentials and employees in the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will come from a business partnering background with a blend of industry experience with MNC. You will have in-house experience in the Talent Management and Development space, alongside a very business-focused partnering style background. You should be Singapore based and must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones.
