We have partnered with a leading consultancy to find a Senior Reward Analyst. The successful candidate will have analytics experience in Reward, HR or Business and a numerical mindset. You must be able to make data tell a compelling story.
You will primarily be focussed on supporting senior colleagues with complex analytical work, but will also pick up small projects or individual work streams within bigger, world-wide projects. These could range from job evaluations and benchmarking to mergers, acquisitions and transformation projects. You will often work on more than one project at a time, so must have excellent multi-tasking skills. You will help senior colleagues to win new business and manage relationships with existing clients. You'll take part in groundbreaking research, stay up to date with trends and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Successful candidates will have experience of Reward, HR or Business Analytics. Your PowerPoint skills will be as important as your knowledge of Excel, pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as you'll need to present data to clients in an engaging way. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree, ideally in a numerical or analytical discipline.
