A fantastic opportunity to join a global financial services business in a senior reward capacity, implementing a reward framework aligned to the values of the firm. Reporting in to the Head of Reward for EMEA, you will focus on looking after just shy of 2,500 employees in specific vertical markets of the business, looking after cash compensation, MRT tracking and regulatory requirements, LTIP and deferrals, gender pay gap reporting and sitting in on RemCos alongside the EMEA Head of Reward.
In this exciting role, you will be able to use your technical ability to build variable compensation models whilst honing your attention to detail by tracking MRT's, write policies to ensure regulatory matters are met, work closely with other global compensation teams particularly in the executive compensation world and run performance management in line with reward philosophy for the business. You will be involved in 1 of the 3 RemCos and add valuable insight to all compensation related material.
You will have had experience leading on compensation reviews, have banking experience, and exposure to regulatory reporting, ideally in the investment world in a top tiered firm. You must have the ability work alongside a wider team, but often without much instruction, and have had exposure to building long lasting and credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
