One of the world's leading financial services businesses is now looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager to join their London office. Reporting into the Head of HR, this newly created role will support their European and APAC regions (c2000 staff) and will act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of remuneration and related governance, ensuring compliance of local regulatory and Group remuneration obligations, while supporting day-to-day remuneration management (salary and incentive compensation analysis, benchmarking, annual salary review). You will provide regional compensation governance oversight and compensation delivery support for Level 1 Remuneration requirements and day to day regional compensation activities. The job will interface with senior management and HR Business Partners by providing direction and delivery expertise on individual total rewards requests, ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as more broadly across program and/or project-based reviews. You will be responsible for the regulatory submissions in the UK including the establishment of practices and processes to support the PRA's Level 1 remuneration firm requirements, assembly of reports, and tracking of deliverables (i.e. Level 1 firm requirements, High Earners reporting, MRT exclusion report, Pillar 3 disclosures, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting) and support regional RemCo's by assisting with agenda planning, material preparation and management of timelines. As a result the business is looking to meet Senior Reward Managers with extensive compensation experience including wholesale banking / capital markets compensation, related governance, compliance & disclosure in the UK / EU Financial Institutions sector, together with proven success at senior stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment.
