A thriving Private Equity business, active across c20 offices worldwide is now recruiting for a Senior Reward Manager to join their London office. This newly created role (reporting into the HR Director) will support the HR function and RemCo with the development of the firm's reward strategy and policy. This role will divide into three key areas: 1 - Carry Schemes: managing the Carry and Co-investment schemes, advising on effective long-term solutions for tracking, managing and reporting of carry, setting up new carry schemes and review carry proposals, communication of awards and payment of distributions. 2 - Compensation review: assisting in Partner's year end variable remuneration decisions, coordinating the salary and bonus reviews and assisting Partners and HR in making market competitive reward decisions (new hires, market benchmarking). 3 - Benefits: review all benefit policies globally across the business, ensuring schemes are efficient and effective, manage relationships with external pensions providers and manage the UK DC scheme and pensions governance group. As a result the business is looking to meet reward managers with a broad jurisdictional remit, excellent knowledge of compensation principles, practices and processes, together with prior experience within a private equity/partnership environment to include carry and co-investment reward schemes.
