An exciting newly created Senior Reward Manager role is now available at a global consumer disruptor. Reporting into their hugely talented HR D, and with close collaboration with the Global Head of Compensation (based in the US) this is a great time to join this fast-scaling business - average headcount expansion is c200% pa. This role will offer plenty of scope to innovate and shape their reward philosophy and will lead on Total Reward programmes (cash comp, retirement, benefits, well-being and mobility) and will help to develop solutions that drive ensure consistency across EMEA, promoting a 'pay for performance' culture. As a result the business is looking to meet Reward Managers with multi-country experience (to include plan design), who can lead the annual comp review, be the Reward SME across EMEA and help drive efficiencies and improvements to their reward offering. This role enjoys both a strong strategic as well as operational remit, and will suit Reward Managers who are looking for breadth and depth in their new role.
