A famous financial services business is now looking to hire a Reward Manager to join their City offices and support the wider UK HQ team. Reporting into the HR D, this broad remit role will lead on both the strategic and operational aspects of the reward and benefits function, engaging across their total reward landscape and supporting a head office population of c500 staff. As a result, the business is looking to meet reward professionals who are comfortable with high levels of stakeholder engagement, who can produce high quality briefing proposals for RemCo and scope, plan and implement reviews of their current comp structures and frameworks. Ideally candidates are sought who have some familiarity with working within a FTSE 100 - 250 environment, who can work with a high degree of autonomy.
