Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development your role will include:
- Identifying gaps & development needs
- Train, coach & develop sales teams and leaders
- Design individual training plans to drive cultural change
- Deliver SPIN training, sales inductions and solutions product training
- Shift the sales focus from product features to customer solutions and value
With a thorough knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques and demonstrated experience coaching sales professionals, you will be able to build effective and credible relationships with ease.
