Senior Specialist, Compensation
Our incredible education client is looking to fill the extremely important role of Senior Specialist, Compensation. Joining this organization means aiding in the commitment to further social justice and deliver life-changing education for children.
This NYC hybrid role will join a supportive and collaborative Total Rewards team providing guidance on day-to-day compensation issues, policy interpretation, problem resolution, and compliance with enterprise policy, philosophy and state and federal law, plan, develop, and coordinate implementation of large-scale job structure and market parity studies, oversee and coordinate the enterprise-wide Job architecture, and help plan and report annual salary review program.
As a Senior Specialist, Compensation, you will bring a minimum of 3 years of compensation experience. You will have excellent communication skills to partner with multiple departments for their compensation needs as well know your way around Excel.
