Senior Staffing Specialist

Our client, a highly regarded global professional services firm is looking to appoint a smart and talented Resourcing & Talent Fulfilment Specialist into their team in Singapore.

The successful individual will have existing resource management and workforce planning experience in another global professional services, real estate, legal and / or consulting organisation. You will be responsible for partnering with Practice/ Business Leads, Country and Regional Heads as well as HR & Talent Acquisition to identify and review; project pipelines, resourcing needs, utilization, required skills and deploy consultants on to appropriate projects based on their skills. This is a client facing role so you will need to be passionate about delivering a high-quality consultative service for both internal and external stakeholders.
