We are currently working with an exciting and scaling UK based FinTech to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead B2B/Enterprise Sales recruitment activity across EMEA. The business is looking to double in size in 2021 and break into new markets in 2022, so this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful growth journey.
The TA Manager will partner leadership across the Sales and Marketing business to understand hiring requirements, develop recruitment plans and support the interview and selection process to ensure an excellent, inclusive, candidate experience. Alongside owning the full recruitment life cycle for the Sales and Marketing business they will also be responsible for continual process improvement, partnering with employer branding to enhance candidate attraction and promoting D&I.
Successful candidates will have previous experience recruiting B2B/Enterprise Sales roles within a fast paced, in-house environment. You will also be comfortable taking ownership for the end to end hiring process and managing both delivery and strategy. The ability to build successful senior relationships and influence process is also key.
