Great opportunity for a Senior Specialist Recruiter who has worked closely with candidates in niche markets to join a leading ASX Listed organisation. Working as part of an experienced team you will be responsible for strengthening talent pipelines for the organisation in key & critical talent segments. You will work with both Recruitment Partners and leaders in the business to actively drive, create and deliver candidate attraction and engagement strategies and path to market solutions.
By focusing on developing a strong talent pipeline for the business through leveraging multiple sourcing strategies as well as developing meaningful candidate engagement strategies via suitable channels, you will help onboard the best talent for the organisation. You will also educate stakeholders with candidate market insights and as custodian of candidate experience you will own and maintain candidate relationships to in person interview, and will be tightly integrated into the feedback process.
With extensive, hands on recruitment experience you will have outstanding relationship skills and experience working closely with candidates in niche markets. A track record of leveraging social and digital mediums to engage talent, along with a strong network and market reputation and ability to build credible relationships is essential.
Specialist experience within Digital, IT or Innovation expertise sourcing would be highly advantageous.
