My global client (Semiconductor industry) is seeking an assertive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for their internal recruitment surge across North America.
This brand-new individual contributor role will form an essential part of their evolving Talent Acquisition team. Our client (approaching 4,000 global employees across 14 countries) is seeking a strong communicator with proven full cycle recruiting experience. The ability to network, source and engage top Engineering talent in a variety of specialized roles is critical for success. They are also looking for someone who can offer strategic input and creativity, alongside the specialist recruiting.
This very stable organization remains in pole position to grow impressively in 2023 and is proud to have not had to make any layoffs. The company culture is mature, collaborative and fast paced. My firm placed the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition here and since joining, he has revolutionized the TA function worldwide. On offer is a strong base salary, plus bonus and flexible hybrid conditions (ideally just one day on-site in Phoenix per week).
