A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their esteemed Global HR department.

In this exhilarating role, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the entire recruitment process for middle and junior positions throughout the organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization and pave the way for the establishment of a Talent Acquisition function in a dynamic global private banking group.

This permanent full-time position will be based in Central London for three days per week and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining Staffing Needs: Collaborating closely with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and establish selection criteria.
  • Effective Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and activating appropriate recruitment channels, including leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Streamlined Screening: Skilfully screening CVs and applications to identify top talent.
  • Interview Planning: Planning and coordinating interviews and selection procedures, encompassing screening calls and online interviews.
  • Candidate Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, offering professional guidance and support.
  • Structured Assessment: Conducting structured interviews that align with the organization corporate values and competency model to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously refining the interview process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Communication Facilitation: Preparing and liaising with interviewers and maintaining oversight of ongoing interview processes.
  • Shortlisting Excellence: Identifying the final shortlist of candidates for each search.
  • Evaluation Support: Collaborating with line managers to provide structured feedback and assisting in defining the final offer to candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating enduring relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant Experience: Over 5 years of valuable experience in full-cycle recruiting, employing various interview techniques and assessment methods.
  • Global Perspective: An international mindset with experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and independently, even in the face of last-minute changes.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the organization, along with a positive and open attitude.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity, adhering to the highest ethical standards.
  • Drive and Energy: An inherent drive and energy to actively participate in all facets of the recruitment process for middle and junior roles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and oral English skills are a must.
