Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - HQ
Permanent - c. £75,000 - 85,000 + bonus + benefits

We are partnering with a market leader to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and drive the strategy in hiring for the Group Functions (Finance, legal, IT, Risk, Buying & merchandising). You will lead a small team of motivated recruiters to support the hiring across interim and permanent and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with relevant senior business leaders and senior HR Business Partners to proactively understand future business and acquisition needs through building great relationships.
- Create and implement long term hiring strategies across a number of business areas.
- Responsible for all senior exec hiring across TJX Europe delivering through own networks. and sourcing and managing search firms.
- Implement and embed change and transformational resourcing practices.
- Shape assessment strategy for head office hiring.
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate a passion for Talent Acquisition and proven experience in developing and delivering best in class recruitment solutions.
- Demonstrate great leadership and management skills to achieve challenging results through teamwork.
- Knowledge of assessment and competency testing techniques - Level A&B preferred
- Experience of recruiting HQ/Group functions roles in a retail or customer centric environment.
