Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail
Permanent - c. £75,000 - 85,000 + bonus + benefits

We are partnering with a market leading Retail business who are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape their hiring strategy for Retail & Distribution across Europe.
You will lead a team and design and implement a market-leading hiring strategy using assessment tools, technology and 3rd parties to help deliver an outstanding candidates experience. This is a unique opportunity for someone to shape the recruitment strategy that will deliver c.17,000 hires annually across Europe each year.
- European wide responsibility, implementing change across UK, Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Austria and Germany.
- Create and implement long term hiring strategies across a number of business areas.
- Support with implementation and ongoing management of 3rd party provider for temporary / contract hires across Europe.
- Lead specific mid/ long term resourcing projects and participate in wider HR and business projects, globally if required.
- Lead a small team of business facing Resourcing Business Partners.
- Able to demonstrate a passion for Talent Acquisition and proven experience in developing and delivering best in class recruitment solutions.
- Demonstrate great leadership and management skills to achieve challenging results through teamwork.
- Experience of hiring at high volumes in retail & distribution across Europe.
- Able to deliver on key strategic projects such as implementing key processes across a complex, international business.
