The company is looking to expand selectively in Asia, Europe, and US over the next 5 years and are looking for a candidate with strong Learning and Talent Development experience to join their team.
Job Description
Reporting into the Talent Development Director, the Senior Learning & Development Manager will be looking after Learning and Development globally.
The Senior Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the learning function and developing learning initiatives and frameworks to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to local talent development teams on learning strategies and solutions.
The Successful Candidate
We are ideally looking for a Leaning and Development Manager with a strong track record in supporting and driving Learning and Development and Talent strategies on a regional or global scale with a lifestyle MNC. With at least 8 years of HR experience in learning and development, training or talent development you have a broad knowledge of identifying learning needs and paths and developing and implementing programs. You have a consultative and engaging personality and are able to influence and partner with the leadership team. You are a critical and creative thinker and have a strategic approach. You ideally benefit from having extensive cross-cultural work experience, being culturally sensitive.
