Our client, a leading and rapidly expanding Hong Kong apparel group, is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation. To support their next stage of growth, they are seeking a Senior Talent Management Manager to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that uplift capabilities across the organisation.
About the Role
As the Senior Talent Management Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s talent and learning strategy. You will design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programs that enable leaders and teams to thrive in a fast‑paced, international business environment.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand capability needs, translate business priorities into learning solutions, and reinforce a continuous learning culture across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone with strong facilitation skills, a passion for people development, and the agility to work in an evolving, fast-growth organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic learning and development programs that support organisational transformation and capability building
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across markets
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously enhance learning solutions
- Act as an internal consultant to advise leaders on talent development needs
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business priorities
- Support leadership development, high-potential programs, and other talent initiatives
- Travel to various locations within the region to run workshops and facilitate training activities
