Senior Talent Manager
We are currently working with a global marketing and communications company in the search for a Recruitment Manager to be based in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for the full 360 delivery of recruitment needs across the GCC. The role will be a blend of recruitment as well as talent development.
Duties will include –
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Global mapping of Talent for senior roles
- Managing a small team
- Selecting and interviewing senior candidates
- Using data to determine recruitment needs
- Compiling reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Develop talent related processes, practices and strategies
A proven background within marketing / digital and communications is preferred and a Saudi National.
