Senior Talent Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing global development programmes in cooperation with various stakeholders for C-level potentials and managers
Leading workshops and development meetings and deriving individual measures
Steering relevant partners such as specialised consultancies or coaches to identify trends in the area of leadership development
Building trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders and being a partner at eye level
Supporting the further development of the holistic learning system

Experience

Degree in HR development, psychology, business administration or similar
Several years of professional experience in designing and implementing learning and development measures and trainings in various formats
Excellent conceptual skills and result orientation
Open and driven team player with the ability to continuously improve existing and newly established processes
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
