Senior Tech Recruiter – Financial Services

We have been appointed by a top tier financial services proprietary trading company on a Senior Tech Recruiter opportunity. Headquartered in Europe and employing more than 1600 employees around the world, the firm provide liquidity on multiple trading exchanges across the globe. Their traders have been key market makers helping to significantly improve financial markets around the world and create a more efficient and transparent industry.

As a tech recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the end to end recruiting and building of talent pipelines through talent mapping, research, referrals, networking events and sourcing campaigns. You’ll engage with both active and passive candidates through sourcing techniques and engage in traditional searches whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understanding hiring and role requirements. You’ll also review and screen candidate applications to determine their knowledge and skillsets for the role as well as assess their suitability through behavioural-based interviewing. You’ll ensure that meaningful relationships are established with stakeholders as well as ensure a positive candidate experience.

This opportunity is based in Shanghai, and is open to considering non-local candidates with exceptional backgrounds. Ideally you should bring at least 5+ years of recruiting experience within the IT / tech / financial services industry and be able to influence, engage and manage a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll be a self-starter who can operate in a challenging and quality-driven environment whilst knowing how to manage multiple processes efficiently with a collaborative and positive attitude.

Location: Shanghai (open to non-local residents)
