Site HR Director
We are excited to be partnering a renowned multinational corporation that specializes in pharmaceutical research and innovation. With global footprints that can be traced to all the major regions, our client is famed for their bold inventions that have increased the quality of life for people everywhere. While they have achieved remarkable growth in terms of revenue through innovation, our client is also committed to set up a world class manufacturing and R&D hub in Singapore. With the strong growth performance, there is a need to hire a strong HR Director for their Singapore Manufacturing & R&D site.
The Site HR Director is the trusted partner to the Plant Leadership team where he/she will drive organisational and people development initiatives in line with Global and Asia Pacific business strategy. This will include development and deployment of HR strategies to support sites and critical business functions in Singapore and, delivery of talent management and development strategies. As part of the core HR team, the Site HR Director will drive performance levels by establishing a high-performance culture with clear expectations, as well as to lead cultural transformation and/or enhancements requiring intense change management discussions that further differentiated the company from competition.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you have at least 15 years of relevant plant HR experience, preferably within the Pharma/Medical Devices/ Manufacturing sector. As part of their business growth, you have prior experience in supporting a high growth business and/or new business set-up in Singapore. As a proven HR business partner with team leading experience, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, coupled the ability to develop and execute insightful and meaningful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation, a team player and mentor/coach who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation: SGD$250,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
