They are looking to hire a Site HR Manager with responsibility for working closely with business leaders across two contact centres to drive the HR plan forward and deliver a people plan for circa 1000 employees.
This is a true generalist role which supports people transformation and change as well as delivering improvements in HR operations such as absence management, attendance and employee engagement. This role feeds into the senior leadership team and works closely with regional recruitment and training specialists. It is a priority to have top talent coming through and you will play a pivotal part in making this happen. You will implement a range of effective HR solutions, coach senior leaders within your sites and develop leadership capability.
We are looking for a Site or Regional HR Manager/Business Partner who has broad knowledge and experience of all generalist HR duties, strong technical HR skills and a proven ability to operate in a complex matrixed environment. Experience partnering with contact centres is highly advantageous. You will need experience in a volume based HR position with significant experience of stakeholder management and delivering change and transformation programmes. You will be engaging, people focused with drive and ambition to succeed.
