The Senior Manager, Reward plays a critical role in shaping and executing sales compensation strategies, ensuring that incentive and commission programs drive performance and align with business objectives. This role provides strategic leadership, advisory support, and implementation oversight for sales incentives across the organization.
With a strong focus on sales compensation, this position covers all aspects of reward policy and planning, including program development, execution, and communication within a total rewards framework. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure sales compensation structures are competitive, effective, and aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and refinement of sales incentive and commission programs to drive performance and business growth.
- Partner with HR, sales leadership, and finance to develop data-driven compensation strategies.
- Ensure sales compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Advise senior stakeholders on reward strategies, using analytics to support decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and communication of sales compensation programs across business units.
- Ensure compliance with relevant compensation regulations, particularly in the Americas.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to track program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver training and communication initiatives to ensure transparency and understanding of sales incentives.
