We are pleased to be partnering with one of the largest MNC's globally who have a long established and successful business in China who are looking for Mandarin speaking HR talent to relocate to their Shenzen HQ.
This is a newly created position for a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the corporate HRBP function which oversees a workforce of 3,000 employees. This is a strategic role working as part of the senior leadership team and has been designed as a succession planning role to the Head of HR for China. You will be expected to be a dynamic, ambitious and experienced HR leader who has a track record of success working in complex matrix MNC environments. With an existing COE model in place, this HRD will be responsible for managing a large team of HRBP's and ensuring that they are providing advice, supporting and value adding to the commercial aspects of the business.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 10 - 15 years experience as a commercial HRBP and HR Director, have led large teams and have a fast tracked and progressive career with large, global MNC's. Fluent Mandarin is essential for this posiition as is your ability to relocate to Shenzen to commit to a career defining role. You should have knowledge and experience of the China market but this is not essential. As a business leader you must have exceptional presentation and communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of a business.
