The position is hybrid (3 days in NYC and 2 days from home). The Talent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units utilizing multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists, and networking to identify top talent. The ideal candidate for this role with has a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition within an agency or corporate setting.
