A global telecommunications client of ours is hiring a Sr. Benefits and Payroll Consultant to achieve their mission by effectively coordinating their Payroll and Benefits administration to ensure they are providing the best, most timely, and accurate payroll, compensation and benefits services to the organization.

As a Sr. Benefits and Payroll Consultant, you will guide employees through the upcoming open enrollment process, as well as Interact with the firm’s broker and third-party administrators for all of the health and wellness plans. You’ll consult with benefit enrollees, carriers, and administrators on eligibility provisions and other matters related to claims issues and processing life status changes. You’ll also assist in the RFP process to help identify a new payroll provider best suited to the needs of the company. Once the new payroll provider has been selected, you will manage the transition of platforms and you will also assist with some compensation benchmarking.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven Sr. Benefits and Payroll professional with excellent time management and organization skills. You will have a minimum of eight years in this space and bring a strategic vision but a tactical approach to this fully remote role.
