Our client, a noted global name in the professional services, is seeking a forward thinking and people-centric Sr. HR Manager with solid management to round out their regional team.
With responsibility for a client population of about 150, this role offers a rare opportunity to oversee a high performing team on site while serving an integral role in regional strategy under the guidance of a phenomenal director. You'll be able to apply your experience as a skilled, collaborative, and energetic HR leader who can foster the growth of a high functioning team as you manage 4 direct reports. In concert with your team, you'll be responsible for the day to day HR function in your location, including the full scope of HR activities for generalist, recruiting and HR operations resources within in a center of excellence model. Activities will include escalated Employee Relations matters, Compensation Activities, Talent and Performance Management, to ad hoc technical projects and implementations. Your positive, "can do" attitude and strong record of mentorship/people management will make you a great culture match while your ability to foster a tight knit, high performance, people-centric HR platform will enhance your longterm success. Industry experience out of notable consulting, financial or legal brands highly desired.
