A global telecommunications client of ours is hiring a Sr. Total Rewards Consultant to achieve their mission by effectively coordinating their Payroll and Benefits administration to ensure they are providing the best, most timely, and accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits services to the organization.

As a Sr. Total Rewards Consultant, you will guide employees through the 2022 open enrollment process. As well as partner with other key stakeholders to gather information and manage the integration of a new benefits provider for US employees in 2023. During your assignment, you will assist in the RFP process to help identify the payroll provider best suited to the needs of the company. Once the new payroll provider has been selected, you will manage the transition of platforms. You will also assist with some comp benchmarking.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-driven Sr. Total Rewards professional with excellent time management and organization skills. You will have a minimum of eight years in this space and bring a strategic vision but a tactical approach to this fully remote role.
