Our client, a leading digital/interactive media agency, is looking to hire a Resource or Staffing Manager in their Midtown Manhattan or Chicago office located in South Loop. This role will support two agencies (~300 domestic employees + freelance resources) within their Commerce division, with the opportunity to support a third network agency which was recently acquired. While the function and processes are established, there is an opportunity to streamline capabilities and work more closely with employees to better incorporate talent development objectives into the decision making process for staffing client projects. While prior experience working in a full-service creative agency would be helpful, this client is also receptive to individuals who work in resource or staffing management within the professional services sector who can bring best practices to a creative environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, working successfully with multiple stakeholders such as Finance, Executive Leadership, Project Management, Creative, HR Business Partners and Talent Management. This role will report to an energized SVP of HR who was recently promoted to lead this domestic business after successfully working in another HR leadership role within the network for several years. Strong analytical capabilities should be balanced with well-developed interpersonal skills.
