This person will have responsibility for the resourcing/staffing of a specific population, comprising of ranging seniorities and spanning offices across EMEA. Weekly meetings with stakeholders are required to establish credibility and this person will be seen as the subject matter expert regarding the deployment of staff onto projects.
The role itself requires an operational, hands-on approach, often up against tight deadlines, but this person will also be expected to strategically advise the business on future capacities.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of staffing/resourcing/workforce planning. Unfortunately, candidates who possess purely recruitment experience will not be progressed further.
This person should ideally have worked in a professional services environment and be able to evidence excellent internal relationships. Resourcing/Staffing requires confidence in negotiation, prioritisation and flexibility.
Experience of using the system Retain is highly beneficial.
Base salary £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience), bonus up to 20% plus annual leave, life assurance, subsidised gym membership, flexible benefits scheme.
