Our client, a privately held manufacturing organization, with about 10,000 employees globally is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to support their Medical Products division in either of their Arizona locations (Flagstaff or Phoenix) or Newark, DE location. They are looking for someone with 10+ years of HR Business Partnering capabilities with strengths in organizational design, leadership development, talent management, change management and performance management. Strong influencing and coaching skills are required. Manufacturing industry experience is a huge plus. A competitive base salary and bonus amongst a strong benefits package is offered along with relocation for the right candidate.
