Strategisch HR Business Partner
Voor onze opdrachtgever binnen de engineering & consultancy zijn wij op zoek naar een Strategisch HR Business Partner. In deze rol als Strategisch HR Business Partner ben je onderdeel van het global business area team en zal je direct samenwerken met de business area leaders en het senior management.
Je zal samenwerken met de People Director van de business om zo te bouwen aan een inclusive, high performing team in lijn met het startegische people & culture plan.

Jouw profiel:
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring opgedaan als Stategisch HR Business Partner, of een soortgelijke HR Management functie
- Afgeronde master opleiding (met voorkeur in de richting van HRM)
- Je begrijpt de dynamiek van de internationale-omgeving en je bent in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
- Je hebt ervaring met werken in een matrixorganisatie en bent daarnaast sterk in stakeholdermanagement en werken in een veranderende, no-nonsense en pragmatische omgeving
- Interger, proactief en zelfstandig
