Are you a SuccessFactors Analyst, looking for your next permanent role? Do you want to work in one of London's iconic Canary Wharf skyscrapers? Do you enjoy Business as Usual systems administration, building functionality and running reports? A global FinTech business are seeking a HRIS Analyst to join them.
You would be responsible for general management of their HR System (SuccessFactors), and lead the rollout of global updates. You'll work closely with the vendor to manage system projects and resolve issues, and provide technical expertise to the HR team and wider business. You'll also provide regular reports and analytical insight, train users and ensure data integrity.
You'll need to have demonstrable experience of working with the full suite of SuccessFactors modules, and to be able to run complex analytical reports and draw insight from large datasets. You should have experience of supporting staff across multiple sites, and be able to build strong relationships with vendors and employees. Previous experience in Finance or Tech is desirable but not essential, however you must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
